ARRANGEMENT OF CLASS 课程安排

• Place and time of class is flexible but please arrange or reschedule with the teacher latest by 7 days before the lesson.
地方和时间可以更换 但 请最迟在上课的前两天和老师安排更换。
• 1-month notice has to be made before terminating monthly lessons.
如果要停课 需要一个月前通知老师

REPLACEMENT CLASS 补课

• Replacement class is available but you still have to pay for monthly tuition fee by beginning of every month (7 days). Remaining classes cannot be brought forward as next month normal classes.
允许补课 但是你还是需要每个月都付学费。剩下的课程不可当作下个月的课程。 他们会被归类成补课。
• Replacement class must be held within 2 months
补课一定要在2个月里完成

CANCEL CLASS/ LAST MINUTE RESHEDULE 临时更换／取消课

• Cancelling/ rescheduling classes on the last minute 4 days (96 hours before class) will be cancelled 100%.

• 7 days (168 hours before class) by the student the class only will replace 50% of it.

Example: 1:30hours of class will only replace with 45minutes.

学生临时更换／取消课（在该上课的前两天）只可以补50%的课。

列： 1:30小时的课只可补回45分钟的课。

- This is to ensure every student will have the habit of informing and be responsible for their classes and actions

－此规矩是希望每个学生都能负起自己的责任去通知老师和自己的课程和决定。

• Classes cancelled by the teacher will replace 100%.

老师临时更换／取消课会100%的补回。

PAYMENT 付款

• Payments are to be made before the 1st week of every month.
请定时最迟每个月的第一个星期交学费。
• Payments can be made through online transfer or bank in.
